An imported precision knife head is equipped, with cutting accuracy controlled within 0.1 mm, resulting in uniform potato strips with smooth surfaces, almost no feathering phenomenon, fully meeting the strict standards of international catering brands. At the same time, the raw material utilization rate is increased to over 92%, and the production line is equipped with a residual heat recovery system. In the frying section, a gravity heat pipe residual heat recovery device is installed. The heat recovery efficiency reaches 78%-82%.
