The mesh belt blanching machine consists of a stainless steel mesh belt conveyor system and steam and hot water spray areas. The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt and passes through at a constant speed. The speed of the mesh belt is adjustable. Equipped with a mesh belt device to prevent material floating, ensure uniform heating, simple structure, and easy maintenance. Specially designed for small and medium-sized French fry production lines, it can stably adapt to production capacity demands of 1 ton/hour and below.
